If the aim of your companion is to be with someone he wishes you were, instead of appreciating who you genuinely are, then he’s probably not the one for you. Steer clear of those who are on a quest to ‘better’ or ‘enhance’ you to suit their ideals. Continual criticism and judgment from them are clear indicators of their inability to accept you for who you are. In such cases, it’s perfectly okay to show them the door or to walk away yourself.
